DAM Capital Advisors is one of the leading investment banks in India, based on the number of
Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs) undertaken as a
Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM). We deliver strategic advisory and integrated financing
solutions, built on years of capital market expertise and execution excellence. We work with

raising, risk management, and divestiture.
From the date of the acquisition i.e., November 7, 2019, till September 30, 2025, we have successfully executed 92 ECM transactions, comprising 39 IPOs, 21 QIPs, 7 OFS, 8 Preferential Issues, 4 Rights Issues, 9 Buybacks, 4 Open Offers. In addition, we have advised on more than 28 strategic transactions across M&A, private equity, and structured finance, in addition to multiple block trades. Notably, we have independently executed 7 QIPs as sole lead manager, underscoring our ability to structure and close marquee transactions with confidence.
